A fresh look for Ideagen as a leader in regulated software solutions

Elevate Ideagen’s brand credibility and web presence as a global leader in software for regulated industries by modernising the user interface, improving information architecture and aligning the digital presence with the brand’s evolving vision and user needs.

Overview:
As Ideagen continues to grow globally and expand its software solutions across regulated industries, it became clear that the digital experience needed to evolve to better reflect the company’s innovation, clarity, and customer focus.
I worked closely with my team to help rebuild the website from the ground up—streamlining navigation, improving accessibility, and modernising the brand by leading the direction of photography, typography and use of colour throughout the website. This redesign also laid the foundation for updates to the broader brand toolkit, using the website as the first expression of the refreshed brand identity for Ideagen.

Before:
The original website had a dated layout with a heavy visual hierarchy and a static user experience. While it conveyed the company’s robust software offerings, the user flow was disjointed and not optimized for engagement or scalability. Navigation was complex, and key content was buried in long scrolling pages with minimal interactivity.
After:
The redesigned website introduces a modern, clean interface with an intuitive navigation system and a refreshed brand aesthetic. It uses vibrant accent colors, increased white space, and dynamic content blocks to create a more engaging and accessible experience. Other key improvements include improved navigation, modular layouts, focused messaging and enhanced UX.
